Definitions

Publisher: the individual or legal entity that publishes the online public communication services. Site: all sites, web pages and online services offered by the Publisher. User: the person using the Site and its services.

1. Nature of the data collected

In the course of using the Sites, the Publisher may collect the following categories of data concerning Users: data related to professional life (résumé, education, professional training, distinctions...).

2. Sharing personal data with third parties

Your data is not shared with any third party. However, you are informed that it may be disclosed pursuant to a law, a regulation, or under a decision from a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

3. Prior notice in the event of a merger / acquisition

Should we take part in a merger, acquisition, or any other form of asset transfer, we commit to guaranteeing the confidentiality of your personal data and to informing you before it is transferred or subject to new privacy rules.

4. Data aggregation

We may publish, disclose and use aggregated information (information relating to all our Users, or to specific groups or categories of Users, combined so that an individual User can no longer be identified) and non-personal information for the purposes of industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, promotional and advertising purposes, and other business purposes.

If you connect your account to an account on another service to enable cross-posting, that service may share your profile and login information with us, as well as any other information you have authorized for disclosure. We may aggregate information relating to all our other Users, groups, and accounts with personal data available about the User.

5. Collection of identity data

Browsing the Site does not require registration or prior identification. It can be done without providing any identifying data about you (name, first name, address, etc). We do not record any identifying data for simple browsing of the Site.

6. Collection of identification data

We use your electronic credentials solely for and during the performance of the contract.

7. Collection of device data

We do not collect or retain any technical data from your device (IP address, internet service provider...).

8. Cookies

In accordance with CNIL recommendations, cookies are retained for a maximum of 13 months after they are first placed on the User's device, which is also the maximum validity of the User's consent to their use. Cookie lifespan is not extended with each visit; consent must therefore be renewed once this period expires.

Cookies may be used for statistical purposes, notably to optimize the services provided to the User, based on processing information about access frequency, page personalization, and operations and information consulted. The Publisher may place cookies on your device, recording information about your browsing (pages viewed, date and time...) that we may read on your subsequent visits.

If you do not want cookies to be used on your device, most browsers allow you to disable them via their settings options.

9. Retention of technical data

Technical data is retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to above.

10. Personal data retention period and anonymization

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (loi n°78-17 of January 6, 1978), personal data processed is not retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill the obligations defined at the conclusion of the contract or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

Beyond that period, the data will be anonymized and retained solely for statistical purposes, with no further exploitation of any kind. Data purging mechanisms are in place to ensure effective deletion once the necessary retention period is reached. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Publisher.

For security reasons, if you have not authenticated on the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email inviting you to log in promptly, failing which your data will be deleted from our databases.

11. Account deletion

Users may delete their account at any time, by simple request to the Publisher or via the account deletion menu in account settings where available.

In the event of a breach of one or more provisions of this Privacy Policy, the Publisher reserves the right to terminate or restrict, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, your use and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.

12. Notice in the event of a security breach

We commit to implementing all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security suited to the risks of accidental, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction of your personal data.

Should we become aware of unlawful or unauthorized access to personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, we commit to notifying you of the incident promptly, investigating and informing you of its causes, and taking reasonable measures to mitigate any resulting negative effects.

13. Transfer of personal data abroad

The Publisher commits not to transfer Users' personal data outside the European Union. Learn more: cnil.fr.

14. Changes to the privacy policy

We commit to informing you of any substantial change to this Privacy Policy, and not to substantially lower the level of confidentiality of your data without informing you and obtaining your consent.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

You expressly agree that any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy, including its interpretation or performance, shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of the arbitration platform chosen by mutual agreement, to which you shall adhere without reservation.

16. Data portability

The Publisher commits to offering you the ability to have all your data returned to you upon simple request. This data will be provided in an open, easily reusable format.
